We know the industry standard is to pay you per mile. We also know that this creates an environment of unnecessary stress and pressure, ultimately resulting in resentment. We want to flip this standard on its head. At Bella’s Global Trucking, you will receive a base salary to pay your bills. In addition to that you will receive a per/mile bonus depending on your experience level and which lane you are working.
We blow the industry up by encentifying you to bring on high quality drivers! When a new driver you bring on gets hired to drive with Bella’s, you will receive an additional bonus on every mile they drive, for as long as they drive with Bella’s. This is huge, and results in a lifestyle change for you!

Bella’s Global Trucking knows drivers have different personal responsibilities and obligations that are important to their lives. With this in mind, we have formed three main lanes…Local, Regional and National. Each lane offers a different lifestyle benefit and therefor, a different bonus rate structure. Drivers will have three preferences to choose from and Bella’s will do our best to honor those desires.
Local : Lanes that allow you to spend nights at home in your own bed.
Regional : Lanes that require you to spend one night away from home.
National : Lanes that require you to spend multiple nights away from home.

This experience bonus is in addition to your base salary helping you reach your financial goals quicker! We qualify an experienced driver as having driven safely for three years without speeding tickets or at-fault accidents.
